We have started 4 layers QC system from this season FW13, it should be more and more stable in the coming season.

• QC cutting / Embroidery (2.1) to check the panel before entering the line :

1. check quality of cutting
2. check measurement of  shrinkage after cutting
3. check quality embroidery and print

• Inline and end line QC (2.2) in the sewing line to check overall quality and performance
• 2nd layer QC (2.3) concentrate on broken stitch and jump stitch by going through all the stitching.
• Finishing QC (2.4) to check performance after ironing and stain
